The short version
Command Points is a life counter and league tracker for Magic: The Gathering Commander. You can play without an account. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking.
What we collect
- Games. Player names, life totals, counters, commanders and results for games you share live or save. Shared games and recaps can be opened by anyone who has the link.
- Account (optional). Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code we email you, save your game history, and run leagues. There are no passwords.
- Leagues. Which leagues you belong to, plus the standings and scores they record. Other members of a league can see your email address.
- Visit counts. A random ID stored on your device, used only to count how many people use the app. It isn't linked to your account.
Games you don't share stay on your device.
How we use it
Only to run the app: syncing a live table between phones, showing recaps, history and league standings, and counting activity. Data is stored with Microsoft Azure in the United States.
Commander search sends what you type to Scryfall (scryfall.com) to look up card names.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time. In the app, go to Account, then Delete account. On the web, use the support page. This removes your email and your league memberships. Games you claimed stay as public recaps, without your account attached.
Children
Command Points isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
